Accidental exercise? I accidentally picked the wrong route off the Metro Tracker and ended up walking 0.5 mile uphill instead of downhill--but that's because Metro doesn't provide topographical maps. Now, though, in the right spirit of things, I'm walking up two flights of stairs from the bus tunnel to my office in the morning instead of just cruising on the escalator--and that's before my morning coffee!

Motivation is definately a problem with me. The suggestions that I feel will work best with me are your suggestions #5 & #6. A constant reminder of what you have to loose, keeps you in focus. I find that if I write down a date in my planner, I find it easier to make my self go even if I don't feel like it. Thanks for the tips. Barb

the perfect steak...Steak Chez P-C
coat both side of steak with sea salt
cook one minute each side in cast iron skillet at high heat
dip hot side into Sake then cool side then transfer cool side down back to pan
cook both sides one minute
dip hot side into soy sauce then cool side then transfer cool side down back to pan
cook both sides one minute...results in a rare to medium rare steak lover delight…no steak sauce required.
