		<description>Motivation is definately a problem with me. The suggestions that I feel will work best with me are your suggestions #5 &#38; #6. A constant reminder of what you have to loose, keeps you in focus. I find that if I write down a date in my planner, I find it easier to make my self go even if I don't feel like it. Thanks for the tips.   Barb</description>
