Exercise of the week!
Dynamic strength is the focus this week. This can be done for any body part, today will focous on the chest. What you do is you start out with a stationary supported lift like the bench press, then you super set that with unstable unsupported exercise like a push up with one hand on the medicine ball. These two exercises are very similar in motion however your body responds to them both in different ways. Tell me how these exercises worked for you.

Can you suggest various exercises without weights that can be done outside of the gym when I’m out of town that focus on the biceps, hamstrings, and calves? Thanks!
