· An apple and one cup low fat cottage cheese
· 1 cup fruit yogurt with ¼ cup granola
· String cheese and 1 oz pretzels
· ¼ cup nuts and an orange
· Hardboiled egg and ½ whole wheat bagel
· Whole wheat pits and ½ cup tuna
· Energy bar & 8 oz sport drink
